Synopsis of meeting:

- reviewed current issues that are still outstanding for the 4.10 release
- discussed the role of QtWebEngine in Slicer, and what would be needed to remove the dependency
- WebEngine has been difficult with Slicer, and is not available for VS2015 after 5.10
