### Meeting Notes

- Key frame animation support
  - Implementing a timeline editor to create animations
  - Issue: create a generic editor vs. providing pre-packaged animation recipies
  - Current support for time varying data in Slicer
    - Sequences Nodes, Sequence Browser Node
    - Currently does not support interpolation (nearest node/frame to requested timepoint)

  - Issue: how to have general support for interpolating MRML nodes
    - Add Interpolatable node class?

  - Action item: create ProjectWeek project

- Large Volume Support
  - What does large mean:
    - Does not fit in memory?
    - Does not fit in GPU buffer?

  - Dimensionality:
    - Different challenges for 2D vs 3D

  - Use case: Loading and cropping micro CT
  - What is the current VTK support for large data?
    - Streaming data support
    - Not widely used currently

  - Crop Volume based implementation for viewing subregions
  - Possible Paraview based approach
  - Action item: ProjectWeek project - infrastructure?
    - need more details on use cases
