Custom app packaging for macOS
To support packaging, currently required to build Qt from source.
Waiting support for building natively for macOS Silicon (arm) on macOS Silicon, it is possible to build targeting x86_64 on that system. See Developing for Slicer on Apple Silicon (build targeting x86_64)
