What else could we include, since we are going through the effort of a patch release across platforms?

## Github actions work (Kyle)

Experimenting with multi-step workflows in which intermediate re-usable artifacts are published by each step for later steps to use, getting around the github time limit for individual jobs.

We may still have to consider [overall github limits](https://docs.github.com/en/billing/concepts/product-billing/github-actions#free-use-of-github-actions).
