Please i need help

How can i acquire different parameters like fractional anisotrop and mean diffuisvity from cereberal white matter tract i have extracted

If you have compatible diffusion weighted MRI you can use [SlicerDMRI](https://dmri.slicer.org/) for those tasks. Be aware that it does require some effort to learn all the required steps.
