This is the astonishing level of detail Slicer can achieve in airway segmentation (subsegmental level) with the Segment Editor Extra Effect “Local Threshold” and selection of “Growcut”.

Slicer COV-19 Demo dataset (with permission), 1 mm CT slices, Slicer 4.13, Windows, 60 s, one tracheal marker.
