# Boston Area Working Open Workshop: August 3-4, 2017

Next week [Kevin Mattheus Moerman](http://biomech.media.mit.edu/kevin-m-moerman/) is organizing a Boston Area Working Open Workshop together with researchers from MIT and Boston University. There are two events:

1. The social event ([https://www.meetup.com/neasist/events/241680801/](https://www.meetup.com/neasist/events/241680801/)) on the evening of the 3rd of August is open to all.

2. A 2 day workshop ([https://mozillascience.github.io/WOW-Boston/](https://mozillascience.github.io/WOW-Boston/), 3-4 of August) is invitation only. You can contact Kevin if interested to participate. This event is ideal for early career researchers who have an open science project or are about to start one.
