You can maybe try [FreeSurfer](https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/) directly, or if it’s not working you can use [SynthSeg](https://surfer.nmr.mgh.harvard.edu/fswiki/SynthSR) and run the results through FreeSurfer.
