# Can structures be counted in 3D Slicer from SEM image?

Hello, good morning community. A query with a 3D slicer can count automatically defined structures, I attach an example image. I want to count the facets that this compound eye has, but I don’t want to do it manually since it takes a lot of time. If anyone has knowledge of how I could do it it would be very helpful.
