Hi guys!

I have cardiac CT images and I’m trying to segment the left ventricle cavity and left ventricle wall.

 ![Schermata 2021-12-17 alle 17.55.43](https://us1.discourse-cdn.com/flex002/uploads/slicer/original/3X/1/1/11537dbe0bb6edf22492d84116fb071e7924f80a.jpeg)

I have the edges of them differently colored (green for LV wall and yellow for LV cavity) and I need to fill them (I want green color between green and yellow edges and yellow color inside yellow edges). Is there anyway to do this?

Thank you

Have you seen this tutorial? It may help with your application.
