# CaseIterator - how to input source data

[Here’s an example](https://github.com/JoostJM/SlicerCaseIterator#example) for creating a csv.

I don’t think CaseIterator handles DICOM, but [this example](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/slicer-often-crashes-when-running-with-python-script-in-loading/23719/11) shows converting scalar volumes from the database to nii files and you could create a csv for those.
