# Cloud instance ALPACA not working

Hi! I have ply’s of 20 different scales in slicer and I am trying to use ALPACA to transfer the LM’s from one model to the rest but it wont run on the cloud. I am getting no error it just crashes. It works on my computer it just takes a really long time and I was hoping the cloud would be quicker. Any thoughts?

I connected to your instance and checked.
There is no error, because it appears that everything seems to have run as intended. There are bunch of mrk.json files in the **Meg Scales** (the landmark output folder you specified in ALPACA), that matches to the models you specified to be landmarked (Meg Models folder).
Why do you think it isn’t working?
