Hello, i have two dicom image(before and after contrast agent) i just want to contour the contrast agent by comparing this two images. how to do that?

I’m looking for an option to compare before and after DICOM images of maxillae following bone augmentation and came across this forum.  
I’d appreciate your assistance.
