When I used the module VMTK to compute the data of lung airway,I found the option “Non-manifold edges” instead of the option “Curve tree root”.Maybe that’s because I used the version 4.10.2,and you used the version 4.11.0 which can’t extend the module CIP. But I have to use the CIP, and I need to compute the related data of airways, such as the number of the airway in different generation, the curvature, the diameter and the like .

Dose 3D Slicer have any other module to compute those? Or what can I do to adjust the software?
