Hello, I have this problem with my MRI image. When I segment I get these lines. The result becomes very unclean and it happens automatically. Looks like connecting lines. Can I turn it off? I didn’t have this problem in one of 7 MRIs, but I couldn’t figure out what was different.

This is normal behavior when image axes are not parallel with slice view axes. See detailed explanation and options for segmenting on oblique slices here: [https://lassoan.github.io/SlicerSegmentationRecipes/ObliqueSliceSegmentation/](https://lassoan.github.io/SlicerSegmentationRecipes/ObliqueSliceSegmentation/)
