# CT of Skull appearing outside of box. When I zoom in,the image is not centered

CT of Skull appearing outside of box. When I zoom in,the image is not centered

You created a the skull model in a software that saved the image in LPS coordinate system and the model in RAS coordinate system. When you load the model into Slicer you can choose coordinate system in the “Add data” window.
