Hi, I need help.  
I want to choose the features to extract but I have no idea how to do it.  
Can someone please help me?  
I tried to read the guide but I don’t understand where to edit.

Hi Miranda,

Thank you. I already solved that problem. Now, I want to know if the features are from the segmented part or the whole image. Or if I can work only with the segmented part

PyRadiomics calculates the features based on the voxels inside the ROI, the segmented part.
