# DentalSegmentator error: "Failed to load the segmentation"

Operating system: Win 10  
Slicer version: 5.7.0 2024-06-10  
Expected behavior:  
Actual behavior: Don’t work  
Hi there! I permanently get this message: Failed to load the segmentation. Something went wrong during nnUnet processing.  
I try to use DentalSegmentator but with out any success.
