Hi -

Looks like you have the same problem as [the post you replied to](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/dicom-import-fails-0-new-patients/6419). Can you try again with only ascii characters in the path? (also see [this post](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/special-characters/5398)).
