Operating system: MAC OS OR WINDOWS
Slicer version: 4.11.
Expected behavior: Can I do threshold segmentation for calculating volume changes for many visits in different operating and screens,Mac os or windows. Do that affect the measurement comparison?
Actual behavior:

You have to specify the origin of your images: CT, MRI, PET, SPECT, Other??

The answer depends on image type.

Operating system should not matter. If you make the same measurements on the same images then results will be the same regardless of the operating system.

If you measure different images: see @Alex_Vergara answer above.
