Send us the structure set for now. We may be able to diagnose the issue from that.

If that’s not enough, then scan a phantom or use a publicly available DICOM data set (for example, download from [TCIA](http://www.cancerimagingarchive.net/)) and perform a similar contouring in the TPS and share that data set.

I just send it to you by email. Thanks again for your help.

I haven’t received anything by email. Please upload it to dropbox, onedrive, etc. and post the link here. @Sunderlandkyl will investigate the issue.

Would you please provide me your email address to send it?
I used "slicer@discoursemail.com" in the previous email.

I don’t know what this slicer@discourse… email address is. In the meantime, @Sunderlandkyl has received the file from you, so that is enough. He’ll investigate and report back here.

I managed to fix the issue by rotating the structure before triangulation so that the contour normals align with the z-axis, and then rotating back afterwards.

Let me know if this fixes your issue, or if you have any other problems!

@Sunderlandkyl - Is the fix included in today’s nightly build?
