# Error while trying to create mesh

[Qt] double \_\_cdecl qSlicerSubjectHierarchyFolderPlugin::canOwnSubjectHierarchyItem(\_\_int64) const : Input item is invalid

[VTK] vtkMRMLSubjectHierarchyNode (0000018F5A3BA020): GetItemDataNode: Invalid item ID given

the above error is shown while trying to create a mesh , how can i solve this error
