Since february 15 there are no builds for Slicer Elastix extension available, see [CDash](https://slicer.cdash.org/index.php?project=SlicerPreview&filtercount=1&showfilters=1&field1=buildname&compare1=63&value1=Elastix)

Actually reviewing it, I don’t see any build of any extension for macOS after February 15, see [CDash](https://slicer.cdash.org/index.php?project=SlicerPreview&begin=2022-02-16&end=2022-02-23&filtercount=1&showfilters=1&field1=site&compare1=63&value1=macos)

Looks like there is a macOS build error for the main slicer package, which would also kill the extension builds. @jcfr looking into it now. Appears to be related to libarchive?

The issue was caused by a regression introduced in [e5c5ad7](https://github.com/Slicer/Slicer/commit/e5c5ad7801b81c99a0e37b44ce570e9acbfdb7f0) (`COMP: Update LibArchive from 3.4.3 to 3.5.2 to support GCC v11`) and has been documented in the following issue:

It has been fixed in the following pull request now integrated into the main line:

>
> This commit fixes a regression introduced in e5c5ad780 (COMP: Update
> LibArchive… from 3.4.3 to 3.5.2 to support GCC v11), it addresses the
> following error by updating the interface number hard-coded in the library
> path used in the "fix\_rpath" external project step specific to macOS.
