# Extract Centerlines Issue

Hi to everyone, in this ocassion I come with a terrible issue in the extract centerlines module:

- When I do ‘Extract Centerlines’ with a selected Segment and the option ‘autodetect endpoints’ the module computes well and the centerlines have the correct number of point which it´s OK. But, if I select the endpoint by myself, the module computes well again but now this happens this:

The number of points in the ‘Markups’ module is 82 (which is reasonable compared to other curves I made), but the node contains now 811 points,where the most of it doesn’t exist.

Any solution for that? Thanks a lot 🙂
