# Fix move displacement spectral CT

Hi all,

I am working with cardiac CT images. Some of them show a displacement from a particular slice in the axial view (see image below). I need to segment the vessels, so I want to perform a “transformation” in the lower part of the volume.

When segmenting the volume I have those types of movements, that I want to avoid.

How can I fix this issue? Is there any automatic/semiatomatic tool I can use?
