# Flip normal / primitive

i often segment and export scan models . after exporting the software I’m using for surgical simulation often get the models dark . i need to export to mesh mixer and do a flip to normal .

is there a way to avoid or correct that In slicer ?

You should be able to do the same thing with the Surface Toolbox:
