# How can I make my own template for SPHARM-PDM in 3D slicer?

Hi expert,

I’d like to do the shape analysis of the **hippocampus** using SPARM-PDM in 3D slicer (version: 4.11 in my Linux)

As you know, SPHARM-PDM needs the mean group template for the rigid-body transformation.  
However, I cannot find a way to make the mean group template in 3D slicer.  
Can you give me an advice?

For your information,  
Two years ago, I made the template for using ‘computation of mean group’ function of ‘ShapeVariationAnalyzer’ in a 3D slicer (version 4.8).  
But it doesn’t work anymore.
