# How to change the display language of the category

There’s been [some previous work and discussion](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/slicer-internationalization/579) that you can review. Unfortunately nothing is yet simple and comprehensive, but with some work you can probably use some of this already. Some of us are working on a grant application to improve internationalization support but that may take a few years.
