# How to choose the optimized number of quantization levels and the voxel size of the images in CT texture analysis?

Dear experts, I want to do texture analysis with chest CT images by 3d-slicer.but how to choose the optimized number of quantization greylevels and the voxel size of the images in CT texture analysis? Thanks!
