# How to determine RMSE in Thinplate Registration Mode?

Hello, I am running registrations in Thinplate mode of Landmark Registration. Now, I want to determine the RMSE of these registrations to check the accuracy, but I am not sure how to do it. Has anyone experience on this topic? Thanks a lot for your help!
