# How to generate a translucent cerebral cortex and display colored nuclei such as the hippocampus under the cortex?

If you have the segmentations of these structures, just convert them to 3D model, and then adjust the opacity of the cerebrum to fairly low.

You should be able to reproduce this exact figure in Slicer, if you have the data.
