# how to hide/ decrease the opacity of bone to measure thickness of metatarsal bone?

Have you segmented the bones or just use volume rendering to show the bones?  
Can you post a screenshot that illustrates what is your exact need?

Good afternoon sir, thanks for your reply, i want to find the internal diameter of shaft of metatarsals. So if bone becomes transparent it will be easier to calculate the morphometrics easily and correctly. Kindly help.
