# How to import two stl, superimpose and get volume differences

You can load the STL files as segmentations and use [Segment Comparison module](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/image_segmentation.html#segment-comparison-module-overview) to compare them. You can also subtract the segments from each other and compute volumes using [Segment statistics module](https://slicer.readthedocs.io/en/latest/user_guide/image_segmentation.html#Segment-statistics-module-overview).
