# how to make construct trabecular images?

Slicer version:4.11  
Expected behavior:  
Actual behavior:

I want to make mouse 3d trabecular image using 3d slicer  
how to invasive bone area? puple area is need

Do you mean that you would like to set all the image voxels to black outside the purple region?
