# How to train .nrrd files?

Operating system: macOS  
Slicer version: 4.13.0

Can you please give me a walkthrough/examples of how to train nrrd files (starting from loading the dataset)? I have used 3d slicer to segment my images and label the cists. My aim here is to segment the (nrrd) images using U-net.
