# How to translate seg\_nrrd file

hello everyone, I have a question, I used 3Dslice to delineate a tumor and got a file with seg. NRRD, now I check the file is not consistent with the size of my CT image, may I ask how to operate, so that I can use this ROI as the mask and segment the tumor, the following is my seg. NRRD header file, thank you very much!!!
