@lassoan I have tried Linux nightly build and I suspect it isn´t updated. Doesn´t it or I´m doing something wrong?

Linux build should be up-to-date tomorrow (there was a build error).

I’ve added a WIP pull request that adds the vtkITK margin filter, and adapts the margin and hollow editor effects.
