Making an image series with a 3D segmentation. I want images with a transparent background. This involves going through “utilities” \>\>\> “image capture” .

The issue: I am taking a series of images where segmentations are sequentially made visible. So this takes A LOT of travel between “utilities” and “data”, where I make segments visible and or transparent.

Is there any type of keyboard short cut to take images while in “data”? I cant use the upper right screen shot as these dont have the transparent background.

This would be a great place for a little python script. You can ask any of the coding agents to help you with it. If you find it’s making mistakes you can use a more sophisticated system like the [slicer-skill](https://github.com/pieper/slicer-skill) so the agent can test and debug for you.
