# Image registration based on 2 segmentations structures

Hi everybody !

i need your help cause i want to register 2 DICOM images on 2 segmentations CONTOURS performed on each image ; i mean no registration based on the pixels of the images.

Do you know which modules i have to use?

The extension called Segment Registration is for this purpose. Please try it (I recommend the nightly) and let us know how it went.
