# Image sets keep losing relationship on 3d model generation

You cannot directly utilize information in these 3 sparse volumes. See details and explanation [here](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/3d-model-from-dicoms/5478/2).

In theory, it may be possible to reconstruct a single higher-quality volume from multiple anisotropic volumes (see for example [this paper](https://ieeexplore.ieee.org/document/7829267)) but I’m not aware of any implementation that we may use.

The warning looks harmless (very little variation in slice spacing).
