I suspect **iDigBioImagesNeeded.csv** is not in the format/order that this module expects and is probably not pulling the right URL from the table. Alternatively, you are behind a corporate firewall and trying to download https:// links and encountering an issue similar to [this](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/new-extension-manager-and-issues-with-corporate-certificates/19361).

In any event this is not a general purpose module and the issues are better discussed on our project slack channel.
