It’s probably this issue again [The dependency "DicomRtImportExport" failed to be loaded - SlicerRT Issue - #2 by pieper](https://discourse.slicer.org/t/the-dependency-dicomrtimportexport-failed-to-be-loaded-slicerrt-issue/32073/2)

It may take a few days to fix the mac extensions for the current release.
