# Is it possible to generate a 3D mesh defined by coordinates on DICOM

I would like to segmentate a 3D mesh model defined by coordinates on abdominal CT DICOM images.  
The 3D box is based on abdominal pins (8 landmarks in total which makes a box when connected) in the CT images and serves as landmarks or coordinates.

Is this possible?
