# Is there a quick method to segment epicardial fat in a standard chest CT?

I’m currently using the threshold-based outlining tool in 3D Slicer, but I have to do it slice by slice, which is very time-consuming. Is there a faster method to segment epicardial adipose tissue (EAT)?
