#  label dental scan mesh(stl) for segmentation

Operating system: Win11  
Slicer version:5.4.0  
Expected behavior: I except I can label mesh data

Actual behavior: Can’t use pen to label the mesh document.

Then how can I have a labeled mesh like this?
