Hiya! I’m currently trying to place landmarks on crania, scapulae, clavicles and pelvises to analyse co-variation in shape. I’ve placed landmarks manually on all samples and have started creating semi-landmarks between points using the curve function (as I didn’t think the PseudoLM generator gave an accurate representation of the shape). Is there any way I could perform a General Procrustes Analysis/compare the landmark position between samples on these points using 3DSlicer?

(Fixed landmarks are magenta, Semi-Landmarks are salmon pink)

Thanks!

Labels are in the way, so I can’t quite tell what your lms are. Regardless, there is GPA module in SlicerMorph that you can use. Note that it doesn’t do the sliding of the semiLMs.
