# Looking for Plugins for multiple lesions like NF1.

Currently I’m segmenting NF1 images, but it’s really a pain. Are there any tools that can help with it?

Adding a bit more detail: the main issue is not segmenting a single lesion, but handling many lesions efficiently and keeping them separated as different labels/segments.

I’ve tried nnInteractive, but the plugin’s workflow seems a bit buggy. Are there any other recommended workflows, extensions, or semi-automatic tools for this kind of multi-lesion segmentation task?

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
