Windows 11. Created and saved a segmentation. Went to reopen file in 3D slicer and this is what the data window looks like.

When I click on the eye it the contents of the segmentation “disappear”.
I did a search for NRRD files and found 2 associated with this file in the users folder. I copied them over to the window with the main file.

I still cant open complete file. It doesn’t work when I drag and drop NRRD file into open 3D slicer file either.
I would appreciate any thoughts about how I might recover this file or what I might be doing wrong.
Thanks
KH
