I have installed the SlicerIGT, which I think automatically installs IGSIO.

Disposing of the VP9 codec seems to be causing the crash, I’ll look into it. Is this an issue that just started on Mac, or has IGSIO been causing a crash on close for a while?

Is this an M1 mac? Do you have Rosetta 2? @Sunderlandkyl it would be great if you could update VP9 to the latest version - hopefully the error goes away.

@muratmaga and @Young_Wang Using Slicer 5.2.1, can you try reinstalling SlicerIGSIO (or the other extensions that pull in SlicerIGSIO such as Slicer IGT) on your macOS machines and see if there is a crash on close?
