Mac Stable (5.2.1.) reports a crash everytime it is closed

Looks like the same crash as this one: Slicer quit unexpectedly on MacBook with M1 chip - #3 by Young_Wang (in vpx_codec_destroy).

Do you have the IGSIO extension installed? It provides libvtkIGSIOCodecs
